How often do you email the attendees?

Hio sends five (5) emails at the following intervals in relation to your event (if you have the Eventbrite connection set to auto-pilot): upon ticket purchase, 15 days out, 10 days out, 5 days out, 3 days out.

We will not send an email to anyone who has already created a Hio account, meaning that if someone signs up for Hio after the second email, they will not receive the remaining three in the sequence.

We also serve all this data (delivered emails, opens, clicks) to you on the “Communicate” tab on the left navigation of the events dashboard.
