When my attendees purchase a ticket on Eventbrite, do they receive an email from you?

Yes. If you have your Eventbrite account authenticated and the webhook enabled, Hio will automatically deliver a series of five (5) emails directly to the individuals who purchase tickets through your Eventbrite page inviting them to join Hio and enjoy your event on the app or desktop.

Please note: these emails can only be sent to persons who have purchased a ticket AFTER the webhook has been enabled, so you will need to manually send emails to already-ticketed attendees or use our .csv import feature upon event creation.
